*Basic, Premier, and Supporting memberships require a one-time application and setup fee of $100. If you drop your membership and rejoin at any point in the future, you will not have to pay this fee.
**Virtual memberships are only available to business owners who live more than 45 miles from the nearest chapter. These memberships are National level memberships only.
